At Millfields CE Primary School, our intention is that every child feels safe, valued, understood and able to participate meaningfully in school life. From small seeds of faith and learning, we grow together.

We recognise that children have different strengths, needs and ways of learning, and we strive to ensure that all pupils receive the support and opportunities they need to reach their full potential.

We work in partnership with children, parents and carers, and external professionals to identify needs early, provide appropriate support and remove barriers to learning. Through high-quality teaching, carefully planned interventions and a personalised approach, we aim to ensure that every child feels included, supported and able to achieve their very best.

Our Christian values underpin our approach, helping us to celebrate individuality, nurture a sense of belonging and ensure that every child is treated with dignity, kindness and respect.
